TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We suggest that horses that are purchased sight unseen be vet checked for the purchasers peace of mind, prior to them leaving Double TT Stud. Vet checks are to be done at the purchasers discretion and expense.
Once a holding deposit has been placed on a sale horse, then this legally commits the purchaser to buy the said horse at the said price and the horse will then be removed from sale and marked as sold (once the deposit is received). All deposits/monies will not be refunded if the purchaser defaults on the sale and the said horse will be re-advertised. Accordingly, all monies paid by the purchaser will be forfeited. Horses are not to leave Double TT Stud until all monies have been paid in full. Once the horse leaves Double TT Stud, no monies will be refunded, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sale prices may be altered and/or sale horses withdrawn by the vendor at any such time, provided that it is prior to an initial enquiry.
